• It is the customers’ responsibility to note any damages or missing items on the freight bill and file a claim with the freight company.
• Keep all packing materials and cartons for inspection.
• Return authorization is required. No item/product may be returned without prior approval from jans2en furniture.
• Returns must be properly packed to avoid shipping damage.
• Credit will not be issued on product damaged due to improper packing.
• Customer is responsible for any shipping expenses and /or costs associated with the return of any product.
• Original shipping costs will NOT be refunded on returns.
• A re-stocking fee of 15% will apply to all returns, as well as to all cancelled orders that have been stored in our facilities for more than 30 days.
• Pictures/proof of damages must be sent for all returns.
• Custom ordered product is not returnable, and deposits will not be refunded if the order is cancelled before receiving the product.
